Pricing & availability

Prices listed are starting prices. Final pricing is determined at consultation based on your goals, anatomy, and the protocol your provider recommends. We reserve the right to update offerings and pricing.

Booking & cancellation

Appointments require a $50 deposit applied to your service. Cancellations under 24 hours forfeit the deposit. See our full booking FAQ.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LUMEN Aesthetics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from treatments performed at the practice. Clinical liability is governed separately by the consent and intake forms signed at your visit.
